ABOUT ME

Jason E. Hall has been in the banking industry since 1989. He started his career at Union Bank of California in 1989, ending his tenure as the Assistant Vice President of the Priority Banking Department of the Golden Triangle Branch Office in the spring of 1999, he transitioned into focusing primarily on home mortgage financing so he could provide his clients with the best plan for achieving their dreams of owning their own home. Currently Jason is the San Diego Branch Manager of Team Home Loans, of Synergy One Lending. It is his goal and passion to help his clients achieve their dreams of owning a home or finding the right options for refinancing their current home, yet he also strives to maintain relationships that go beyond the closing of their transaction.

Jason also has a passion for helping youth. Since 1995, he has been coaching youth sports at all levels including recreational, competitive and high school. He has been associated with such organizations of Cajon De Oro Little League, Clairemont Girls Fastpitch, Clairemont & Fallbrook Youth Football, Clairemont Mesa Little League, Horizon High School Football JV & Varsity, Mission Valley YMCA, and Mesa Soccer League, at all levels of coaching from assistant to head coach. He enjoys dedicating his free time helping youth achieve their ultimate success and meet their goals.

Jason prides himself on his hands-on approach with his clients and being available to answer any and all questions they may have, leaning on his 20+ years of knowledge and experience. He gives all of his clients with the highest quality of customer service, and he handles each transaction with all parties involved with integrity, honesty and respect, which has allowed him the honor of being in the President’s Club and continually be a top producer annually.

Born and raised in San Diego, California he is married to wife, Manda and has two adult children Melanie who is working full-time as a Business Development Manager for the company, as well as their son JJ who is college and working on his Real Estate License.

3. Disclosures

You will receive, acknowledge, and return a disclosure package which explains your loan product and costs.

4. Appraisal

Here, we work with a professional team of local appraisers to have a good look at the value of your investment, your home.

5. Processing

We’ll need your help collecting documentation such as Pay Stubs, Bank Statements, W-2s, and Employment history so we can have your loan underwritten quickly and prevent any last minute rushing and stress.

6. Underwriting

Since we hire only the best, you can be sure we will treat your file with love and attentive care throughout this very important part of your transaction. We will satisfy any remaining conditions to your final approval as quickly as possible to get you to the closing table.

7. Clear to Close

Time for a happy dance. We are now ready to get you to the closing table by preparing your final loan documents. Thanks to our awesome teamwork, you will have a smooth and exciting closing experience.

8. Acknowledge Your Closing Disclosure

This outlines the final terms of the loan.

9. Loan Doc Signing

There are many different disclosures and pages in Mortgage Loan Documents, which also include a small packet of Title and Escrow paperwork required to complete the Home Buying Process. Once your Loan Documents are signed, they will be messengered back to Escrow and your Lender for final processing.

10. Funding

Once all of your Prior to Funding Conditions are met, you are clear to close, you loan will Fund.
