OFFICE CLOSURE
Bay Equity Home Loans Servicing Department will be closed Thursday April 7th at 2 PM PST and Friday April 8th all day. Customer Service will resume normal business hours on Monday April 11th at 8 AM PST.
YEAR END TAX FORMS
Your 2021 IRS Tax Forms and annual notices will be included with your billing statement mailed in January — provided no later than January 31, 2022. The documents will also be available in your customer portal by selecting Account Management, then Document Center. If the servicing of your loan was transferred in 2021, you may receive multiple 1098 Tax Forms, one from each mortgage servicer.
